Customer Support Supervisor
Debbie joined CAP back in February 1996. Having worked in the Black Book, Monitor and Sales Support teams, Debbie became a founding member of the Customer Support Team in 2003. She is now responsible for the day to day running of the team and specialises in the Finance and Contract Hire sector.
FACT: Debbie has a spookily amazing memory. In addition to knowing most subscriber details off by heart she can recall the smallest customer query from years gone by. One of the most common sayings within the Support Team is “Ask Debbs, she’ll remember…” Strangely enough she claims not to remember the times she’s fallen asleep during a CAP night out.
