ASTON MARTIN – Has announced a partnership with Toyota, with the intention of using the basis of the IQ platform to create a new luxury commuter car that will be built for and sold exclusively to Aston Martin drivers. The IQ is currently the smallest four seater on the market. The Aston Martin Cygnet will be built specifically to customer requirements at the Aston Martin global HQ in Gaydon, UK.

AUDI – Further details and pricing have been released for the latest addition to the A5 family, the A5 Sportback. First deliveries are due in mid October and pricing is as follows: 2.0T FSI Quattro 211ps SE petrol - £30,325, 2.0 TDI 170ps SE diesel - £27,140, 3.0 TDI 240ps SE 7 speed S tronic diesel - £34,020 and 3.2 FSI 265ps SE Multitronic petrol - £33,910. BMW – The 7 Series is to be offered with its most powerful diesel engine ever, the 740d. The 740d is powered by a 3.0 litre twin turbo diesel engine that produces 306hp and goes from 0-62mph in 6.3 seconds. It has a Co2 emissions figure of 181g/km. Prices for the 740d will be announced closer to its September on sale date.
Prices have been confirmed for the new BMW 316d ES Saloon. It is powered by a 1,995cc, 4 cylinder diesel engine that produces 116hp, goes from 0-62mph in 10.9 seconds and has a Co2 emissions figure of 118g/km. Prices start from £23,330.
CITROEN – Has released photographs of the new C3. It will arrive in the UK in early 2010.
FERRARI – Will have three UK debuts at this weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. The three new models are: California, Scuderia Spyder 16M and the 599GTB with HGTF package.
PEUGEOT – Has announced that the new 207 range will be launched in August. The new 207 will have revised exterior and interior styling and lower Co2 emissions.
