CAP’s STEVEN WORRELL has moved into the role of Key Account Manager, OEMs.
Joining CAP in 2001 as a Telesales executive, Steven moved into Key Accounts in 2006. Since then he has been instrumental in delivering a customer-focused strategy serving major dealer groups in the motor retail sector.
Steven’s understanding of the critical success factors, risks and market drivers in the retail new and used vehicle sectors during his first eight years with CAP will be instrumental in helping manufacturers gain competitive advantage by making best use of CAP data and solutions.
This is underpinned by his wider experience of the automotive industry prior to joining the business, gained during ten years working in the motor factors sector.
