JOHN WATTS has been promoted to the role of Project Delivery Manager at CAP.

He joined CAP in 1999 as editor of Commercial Vehicle Monitor, the forecasting tool for HGVs and LCVs. He went on to develop the CAPcalc suite of portfolio revaluation and value performance analysis solutions launched in 2003.

In 2007 John took the role of Operations Development Manager, in which he was responsible for new product development and existing product support.

In his role as Project Delivery Manager he will be focused on managing and coordinating activities to ensure the successful delivery of CAP projects ranging from new products to internal efficiency processes.

John’s experience at CAP, coupled with more than 20 years’ prior knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry, gives him a thorough understanding of the needs of customers affected by the dynamics of used vehicle values and other key drivers in the motor industry.
