MARK BULMER has been appointed by CAP to the post of Black Book Valuation Relationship Manager, a key research role on the industry benchmark guide to current used car values.

 

Mark brings two decades of retail and fleet car market knowledge to the position, as well as a clear understanding of CAP’s research processes gained over two years working on the Black Book valuations database.

 

His motor industry career began in 1986 since when he has worked across a range of fleet and retail sales roles for several major dealer groups before joining CAP in 2007.
