PAULA WING has been appointed by CAP to the role of Key Account Manager - Manufacturers.

 

She comes to CAP with a wealth of industry experience and close relationships with a range of manufacturers having joined the business from BCA, where her roles included brand manager for Peugeot Motor Company.

 

Paula also worked as Assistant Branch Manager for BCA’s Measham site and as Manager of Manufacturer Customer Services for the auction company. In that role she worked closely with 12 of the leading car manufacturers.

 

Paula is passionate about customer service and has a clear understanding of where motor manufacturers can derive major commercial benefits from using CAP data and applications.

 

Paula said: “In my previous role I always had CAP at my fingertips. CAP is the language of the industry and I am looking forward to helping manufacturers at every level of their operations by introducing innovative new tools to assist their planning, understanding and decision-making.”
