ALFA ROMEO – Has announced prices for the MiTo fitted with the new MultiAir engines, which are due in the UK in spring. Prices start at £15,165 for a 1.4 MultiAir TB 135bhp Lusso.
AUDI – The A3 is to be offered with an ultra efficient 1.6 TDI diesel engine that outputs only 99g/km in CO2 emissions. The 99g/km A3 will only be available in the three door body style in the standard trim. It is priced at £18,005 on the road.
CHRYSLER – Has announced a new model line up in the 300C range. The range will now offer four derivatives: SE, SR, SRT and SRT-8. All have an automatic gearbox and all have a 3.0 litre V6 diesel engine as standard, with exception of the SRT-8, which retains its 6.1 litre V8 petrol engine. The SE is priced from £23,995 and has leather seats as standard.
CITROEN – A new model has been introduced to the C1 range. The VTR+ is a direct replacement for the VTR and has leather/Alcantara upholstery, leather steering wheel and leather gear knob as standard. Prices for the VTR+ start from £9,345 on the road for the 1.0 litre 68hp three door.
JAGUAR – Has announced details of the 11MY XF, which is now available to order. The standardisation of a gloss black upper grille for the XFR and diesel S is one identifying feature. Prices for the XF start from £29,900 for the 3.0 V6 Luxury petrol.
KIA – Are to offer 7 year warranty to all its vehicles sold in the UK.
LOTUS – Has released details of the forthcoming limited edition Exige S Type 72, which has a black and gold colour scheme. The Type 72 is limited to 20 units in the UK and is priced at £37,000 on the road.
PEUGEOT – All 308 SW and Hatch models, with exception to the Urban, will receive ESP as standard. All models will benefit from a number of updates from later this month.
VAUXHALL – Has released the first official photographs of the new Meriva. The new Meriva is the first Vauxhall to feature FlexDoors. More details will be released closer to the Meriva making its debut at this year’s Geneva motor show in March.
